中蔬種業(yè)科技（北京）有限公司（簡稱“中蔬種業(yè)”），是中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學院蔬菜花卉研究所為適應市場經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，更好地開展具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的蔬菜良種生產(chǎn)、加工、銷售、咨詢和成果轉(zhuǎn)化業(yè)務的高新技術(shù)企業(yè)。
中蔬種業(yè)前身是中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學院蔬菜花卉研究所科技開發(fā)咨詢服務部，成立于1988年1月，是注冊資金為零的非獨立法人機構(gòu)。1999年2月變更為注冊資金50萬元的獨立法人機構(gòu)，2001年5月擴資為500萬元，公司更名為北京中蔬園藝良種研究開發(fā)中心。2014年4月擴資為2200萬元，公司更名為中蔬種業(yè)科技（北京）有限公司。公司現(xiàn)有員工56人，其中，大專以上32名，碩士以上14名，高級職稱7名。
公司依托中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學院蔬菜花卉研究所的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢，作為科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺，以廣大蔬菜種植戶為服務對象，以服務“三農(nóng)”為己任。通過特約繁殖、區(qū)域合作營銷和特約經(jīng)銷等形式，在全國建立了數(shù)十個良繁基地、100余個區(qū)域推廣示范、營銷中心和特約經(jīng)銷處，并培養(yǎng)了一支精干的科技開發(fā)與營銷隊伍。
在良種生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營上，憑借技術(shù)依托單位的成果優(yōu)勢，積極與國內(nèi)外大型企業(yè)進行聯(lián)合，在主要蔬菜良種上實現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)與經(jīng)營。主要產(chǎn)品包括中甘系列甘藍、中椒系列甜（辣）椒、中雜系列鮮食番茄、中農(nóng)系列黃瓜、中白系列白菜、中薯系列馬鈴薯、紅雜系列加工番茄、中葫系列西葫蘆以及西甜瓜、豆類、葉菜類等系列蔬菜品種共160余個，并擁有成熟的蔬菜栽培、蔬菜植保及組培花卉等成果和多項技術(shù)。
所生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的良種均以“中蔬”牌商標注冊。近20年來，本公司一直在通過優(yōu)質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品銷售、周到的售后服務來打造“中蔬”品牌。如今，“中蔬”已經(jīng)在蔬菜種子界享有良好的聲譽和穩(wěn)固的地位，成為了我國蔬菜花卉高新技術(shù)成果的重要“孵化器”中心。今后，本公司將一如既往地秉承服務“三農(nóng)”的宗旨，不斷開拓推廣、經(jīng)營新理念、新思路，在合作共贏的基礎(chǔ)上，與種業(yè)界廣大朋友一起共享“中蔬”新成果，攜手共創(chuàng)“中蔬”新輝煌！
China Vegetable Seed Technology Co.,Ltd.(Beijing) is affiliated with the Institute of Vegetables and Flowers, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences （IVFCAAS）.It is a high-tech technology company in : Zhongguancun Technology Zone Beijing, focused on the vegetable seed production, processing, marketing and technology consultancy.
The center relies on the IVFCAAS’s technology advantage and has established dozens of contract seed production bases under its strict supervision, set up more than 100 demonstration trials with the participation of growers and seed marketing centers all over the country. We have a strong marketing team helping seed dealers and growers to solve their problem arise during the process of both production and marketing.
Our main products are cabbage, Chinese cabbage, pepper (sweet and chili pepper), cucumber, potato, fresh tomato, processing tomatoes, summer squash , melon, water melon, carrot， beans, leafy vegetables etc. Seed quality assurance is our promise.
The Center also possesses component technologies of vegetable cultivation, plant protection and tissue culture of vegetables & floral crops.
